Michelle De Guia is our Business Manager her educational journey led her to a degree in science with a specialisation in Orthoptics from Sydney University, graduating in 1999. At the helm of practice management, Michelle orchestrates the seamless operation, oversees our dedicated team, and ensures the delivery of an unparalleled patient care journey.

Michelle’s passion extends beyond the clinical & administrative realm, as she finds fulfillment in marketing and business management. However, her paramount objective centres on cultivating a harmonious and contented team of both medical professionals and staff, recognizing their indispensable role in enhancing the patient care experience.
